    Detailed Description:

Seashore (also known as Seabreeze bamboo) is a large bamboo that grows very fast to form a nice wide screen. Its culms are dark green and form tight, dense clumps.

The overall shape of seashore bamboo arches out at the top of the culms due to dense number of branches and leaves weighing them down. Small leaves/dense foliage that fans out more upright and thick-walled culms help make it one of the most storm tolerant of the tropical bamboos.  Seashore bamboo is more salt tolerant than most bamboos - it certainly is the best choice if exposed to coastal winds.

Seashore bamboo is very strong and its culms are useful when harvested. It is ideal for larger property screening or ornamental feature.
