A large-growing, strikingly beautiful bamboo that has plenty of white powdery bloom on the culms. This is a tight clumping bamboo with its culms very close together. Overall shape arches outward toward the top, so you'll want to allow for some space. There are no lower branches allowing it to show off the dense wall of attractive culms. Long thin leaves also give it a graceful appearance.
